Due to the nature of the products as well as for hygiene reasons, we will not issue refunds or exchanges if the products have been opened and/or used.
Makeup is final sale. No exchange or refund.
It is important to carry out a verification before proceeding to the payment and to choose your products appropriately.
Exception: If your product is defective, it will be exchanged. No refunds. Proof of purchase required. All within 7 working days of receipt.
How to: Send an email to email@example.com with your full name, order number, the item in question and the reason.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
You must also, for all returns, prepay the cost of shipping and insurance (if applicable). When we receive the product to be exchanged, we will examine it and we will notify you by email, within a reasonable time, of the follow-up. The shipping costs during an exchange are at our expense.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.
